Life is going on so fast that sometimes we forget to thank the most important part of our life, someone very special because of whom we are all here. At some point of time in life, every child feels the need of saying thank you to his/her special one. Yes, Mommy! for all what she has done. In short, a mother is always there for her child, at each and every stage of his/her life..so today, I thought to thanks her through this article, this is just the right article for me to say ‘thank you’ to my dearest mommy!

Yes, ‘Mommy’..it’s a words which is something very special. Each baby speaks his first word ‘Maa’, ‘Mom’..

I know very well that when I was a child, she hold me in her arms, fed me and bathed me, taught to walk, made all my meals with love, gave crayons for coloring, dressed very well for the holidays, she walked me to school and often I starts screaming, “I’m not going!”. Those teenage years she has always been there for me. She taught me many things and I know she will be there for me always…to listen my woes, bragging, my frustrations, etc. like before always and I will too… She knows that I have too tried my best to put her enough time for her, to listen to her “blues” of working in the kitchen, her tiredness???

I remember, each day, she do lots of things for us, busy all the time, right from cooking, cleaning, washing, managing all things properly, hardly gets enough time for rest but did she ever said anything? No, never. She did not. So I think she must get at least one off from her daily scheduled life and let her feel easy and relax while the rest of the family does the work. And so I think, this one day is chosen ‘ Mother’s Day’ to thank her and make her special for being so kind, so loving and so caring for us. Though celebrating motherhood is a historical tradition dating back almost as far as mothers themselves. Perhaps the country’s greatest proponent of motherhood is Mothers Day, I think.

Moms are usually the ones who give the hugs — hugs of encouragement, hugs of acceptance, hugs of forgiveness, and hugs of shared joy. This little words is a way to give some of the hugs back to Mom — hugs of love, thankfulness, devotion, and respect. I want her to know what I feel for her today through these words and how special she is in my life! When I was unmarried, my sister, bro & I, use to celebrate each and every moments, festivals together and let our mommy help and see what a wonderful family she has and what they can do for her. I may sometimes forget the words… she said to me but I always remember the tune of her. I know, my mother loves me very much and so do I. She never expresses in words her love to me but you know, the best conversations with my mothers always take place in silence, when we are alone, then only the heart speaks. She melt down so easily and her silence speaks up everything. Yes, silence speaks louder than words, I know. All I can say, my mom is a rhythm of my life in my heart of comfort, peace, happiness, and the whole being. She has filled my days with rainbow lights, fairy tales and sweet dream nights. I remember the kiss when I was a kid she gave me to wipe away my tears, the bruises… She gave the gift of life to me. And today I would just like to thank her for her tender care, for deep warm hugs and being there. I hope that when she thinks of me she will always see a part of her, who I am.

My Mom is a great cook. Well, I love the food she cooks especially Aloo Parathe, Rajma, Chole, Curry…there are lists!! She taught me how to cook and manage things properly and I have learned so many things from her. She loves shopping and so do I. I love to give her more surprises which she never expects sometimes but she loves it her way.. My mother is very special, not because I am her daughter but because she is my mother. Being a mother, she equally loves her children. To be very frank, she is the divine power and I feel that power made me so strong and confident to do worth things in my life. For all that she has done, I can only say ” I love you, Mom!”, Thanks for being my mother and being there for me today and always. It is very difficult to explain Mother’s love in the whole. Mother is something beyond this world that no one can explain because mother is made of deep devotion and of sacrifice and pain, it is endless and unselfish and enduring come what may for nothing can destroy it or take that love away.

Yes, my mother is patient and forgiving. She loves her children under any and all circumstances even when her child has hurt her badly I know for God made her shoulders strong enough to carry the weight of the world, yet, made her arms gentle enough to give comfort. She gets angry sometimes. Yes, she does but I understood that her anger can be the way she is expressing emotions such as fear, anxiety or sadness..but after a short period when she feels more relaxed then she interacts with me in a more positive manner which I really appreciate. She’s not only beautiful but passionately looks young and more pretty. I would say she is the most beautiful woman on this earth. My mother is the sweetest and most delicate of all. I don’t know what she would think and feel about me but I would only say that “Mommy, I love you very much! and “Papa, I love you too”. Without you, things are not complete. With both of you, world is complete!

And while you read my post I am sure you will get to know how much I love you and what you mean to me. You may not tell me most often your feelings but I know you love me. Though I am far but my love for you is always increasing day by day. I love you so much and my respect for you grows and grows… Thanks for every little things you have done to me. You are special because I know how often I took you for granted when I was growing up. I always assumed you’d be there when I needed you…and you always were. But I never really thought about what that meant till I got older and began to realize how often your time and energy were devoted to me. So now, for all the times I didn’t say it before, Thank you, Mom…I love you so very much! I think mother are always special and yes, lucky are those who has mother so caring, so loving. I wish you be always happy and keep Smiling because you look more pretty when you smile.
